Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, produces some of the most expressive cups in the world. Our Yirgacheffe offering honors that legacy.

Honey processing removes the outer skin of the coffee cherry while leaving a portion of the natural fruit mucilage intact during drying. This method enhances sweetness and texture, creating a cup that is vibrant yet balanced, with a smooth, refined finish.

Available in light and medium roasts, this coffee showcases Yirgacheffe's aromatic clarity and complexity. The medium roast leans into a medium to full body, revealing depth and warmth in every brew while preserving the origin's natural character.

Colombian Huila 🌋

Grown high in Colombia's Huila region, this coffee reflects one of the country's most celebrated terroirs.

Huila's volcanic soil, high elevations, and consistent climate allow coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing depth and structure. The result is a cup known for its smooth body, gentle acidity, and rich chocolate-forward profile.
